Description

This is a comprehensive mitigation project on the agricultural land with the aim of enhancing minimal soil disturbance (minimum and zero tillage) and improved grazing management such that, rotational grazing is practiced, and there is an enclosure of grassland from livestock grazing in order to reduce emissions from volatilization of organic soil Carbon. Integrated nutrient management is equally practiced to reduce emissions by reducing leaching and volatile losses, and improving nitrogen use efficiency through precision farming and improving fertilizer application timing on the farm land.
